We are Todd and Dolores Tilton and God put it on our hearts to care for the children in Kasese, Uganda. To respond to the call of Scriptures to serve the poor, sick and the suffering.

 

This little boy named Kamanzi Joseph, lost his father in an auto accident when he was only 2 weeks old.  His mother was unable to support him along with her 5 other children. He was found 9 months before this picture was taken eating a local weed called amaranth which made him mentally confused.  He also had painful infestations of sand fleas, also called Jiggers burrowing underneath his skin. This is just one story of the many children that need our help.
